Life Management Associates is seeking a MT licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or dually licensed professional) with experience working with couples, families, children, and adolescents. Responsibilities

  • Provide couples, family, and child/or adolescent therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and referral sources
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Support clients in achieving measurable treatment goals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Montana licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or dually licensed clinician
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate (ICEC) in MT
  • Maintain professional liability insurance at the contactor’s own expense throughout the duration of the contract

Preferred:

  • Specialized training in family systems, couples therapy, play therapy, trauma-informed care, or child/adolescent treatment
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and concerns

Independent Contractor Requirements

As an independent contractor with Life Management Associates, clinicians are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active professional license in good standing with the state of MT
  • Carrying their own professional liability (malpractice) insurance
  • Obtaining and maintaining a Montana Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate (ICEC), if applicable
  • Managing any personal tax obligations and business-related requirements associated with independent contractor status
