is a private counseling
practice helping people identify their strengths and develop their optimal potential in their personal and professional lives. We provide mental health and substance abuse evaluations, counseling and psychotherapy services for people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Life Management Associates, LLC offers affordable individual, couples/relationship, family, and group therapy, designed to meet your individual needs. Our therapists are dedicated and experienced mental health and substance abuse professionals, who are skilled in addressing a wide range of personal concerns and relationship issues with children, teens, groups and adults. Our goal is to work with you, focusing on your strengths, increasing your personal insight and building skills to successfully navigate life's obstacles.

Jeffrey A. Watson
Mr. Watson, who is the Owner and Founder of Life Management Associates, LLC, is no longer providing any clinical services.
After 45 years of actively providing clinical services to many in want of mental health services, Mr. Watson unenthusiastically retired. Mr. Watson is frankly appreciating his retirement and the undertakings, but also has found that this disconnection from the many amazing people that he has had the honor of serving to be excruciating. Over the past 45 years, Mr. Watson has had the opportunity of collaborating with many brilliant colleagues and therapists in training. Mr. Watson is appreciating his retirement from clinical services by actively practicing his favorite activities and interests. Anyone who knows Jeffrey Watson will have absolutely no difficulty predicting what the activities and interests are.
Mary L. Watson
Mary has taken over business management responsibilities at Life Management Associates, LLC. She maintains a full caseload of therapy clients, at the Butte office and through the use of telehealth. Mary is trained in both family and emotionally focused couples therapy. She uses a symptoms approach, involving parents and other family members when providing therapy to children and teens. Mary is experienced with neurodivergent children and adults. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
